Hi Percy – It is a trick question sort of. Embroidery Machines need files specifically for embroidery machines, that direct the machine as to what stitches to make where and in what color. CorelDraw does not make embroidery files specifically. There are solutions offered by vendors in this industry to bridge between CorelDraw and what you need to run your embroidery machine. Working with an excellent digitizer is the best way to create excellent embroidery, though. They create exactly what you need to get the embroidery to look exactly like you or your customer wants. We have many of them as preferred venders here in NNEP.
Hi Gretchen. Someone will call you today. The info on how to get into the NNEP Exchange in Facebook is in your member notebook, and we will send it to you again as well. Emailing us at nnep @ nnep.com and calling NNEP at 800-866-7396 is the best way to get immediate help, or popping into the NNEP Exchange. The comments here on the website might go unnoticed for a few days!
The system recognizes that a PO Box is now where you would want customers to go, so it overrides that info and lists your city name. I sent you an email with some other options!
I have created my member profile. When I did a search for my business it was there! The only issue I have is the hyperlink to my website doesn’t work on the site. I checked it on google and it is working. Maybe you can take a look at that for me? Thank you!
Hi Charity – You get to create your new listing. We do not presume to know what information you would like to share with your potential customers. Create a descriptive company listing, add your logo, add photos of your building or your work – whatever you think best represents your company to everyone that is looking to connect with a local embroiderer in your market. If you have questions about creating your listing, please give su a call – and Welcome to the NNEP!
We published your updated info just now Beth – it has to be moderated by NNEP first – only way to keep “junk” listings from getting on this national Embroidery Directory.
Hey there Renee, you should be able to access all that info now, as your membership renewal has been processed. Please let me know if you have any questions!
Hey there Michael, you have to log in to the Member’s Only area and create or edit/update your listing. For all new listings and edited listings, they are then held for moderation by NNEP. We just processed your listing and it should appear now, or until it is edited. We review the listings at least 1-2 times a week and published the new and updated information for members of NNEP.
I would like to update my profile, but there is nothing there it states no data available. My membership is current and when you use the find an embroider tab my company shows up.
Would you please have someone look into this matter. Thanks
My profile now appears in the members only section, but when searching from the tab to find a local pro now I don’t show up. This is extremely frustrating.
Please take a close look at this site. I don’t feel it is very user friendly. I had to call NNEP for help. Also after I completed the first page of information, and clicked on the Save button. It did not change to the second page so I could add an image. Here’s a great idea…. on your membership form have a “check” box if a member wants to be included in your directory.
I belong to several organizations, and that is how most do this. Just a suggestion…

Need some help on a project as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Jennifer,
My business address is P. O. Box 53, Columbus, OH 43235. This address will not work on my member page. Can this be addressed?
Thanks,
Sandi

Robin, check it now! You business appears. All the listings have to be moderated – and yours was in the current batch. I just pushed them through. 🙂
