Automatic Membership Renewal

The membership term of a NNEP membership is one year,* beginning on the date of purchase. An automatic renewal within a current membership term extends the existing expiration date of your NNEP membership by one year; such renewal term begins the day after the current term ends. The initial term of membership shall commence on the date it is purchased and continue for 365 days. Each membership will automatically renew for the current membership price at the time of renewal for additional one year periods that commence on the day after the pervious term ends unless you A) notify NNEP by telephone at 800-866-7396 of your decision to opt out of automatic renewal membership; B) notify NNEP by mail (send to NNEP, 4693 Kent Road, Kent, OH 44240) of your decision to opt out of automatic  renewal membership; C) your membership is cancelled or we terminate your membership.

* If you choose the 2 year membership term, your membership will be automatically renewed at the end of 24 months, in the amount of a 2 year renewal at that time.
